What about their World Cup journey???????????
Did you ever have a butchers at that or can you not remember. You know, the World Cup,the competition where ALL teams are doing their best. The six nations is not a competition to take seriously and neither are friendlies. The superlatives should be used if Ireland do well in a World Cup and not until that point.
Report The Bhoys November 30, 2009 7:20 PM GMT
i remember yes. managers fault
Report galway59 November 30, 2009 7:23 PM GMT
Exactly mate,it was the managers fault. The managers of the teams they played telling their players that its time to try now,its the World Cup.
Report The Bhoys November 30, 2009 7:24 PM GMT
glad u agree!
Report Giant Strides November 30, 2009 7:26 PM GMT

O'Gara's quip about Paddy Wallaces moment of madness in Cardiff was very good.....was tame stuff in general tho, can one of these programs ever be made without the motormouth that is gerry thornley?
Report CALLING CARD November 30, 2009 9:43 PM GMT
gerry is a pain in the neck.
but look lads compare these players to the pedal crankers who play for the soccer team and i think we ahould be very proud.
Report irishro November 30, 2009 9:48 PM GMT
How can you not be proud of the lads who play football for Ireland?? Typical rugby bull****
Report CALLING CARD November 30, 2009 9:51 PM GMT
proud of them my arse ashamed of them .when have they last won a competitive match. hrowing ur jersey to the crowd is not pride in it.
