Think Revelling in the first must have a massive shout if her jumpin is up to scratch, excellent run against For Bill last time and maybe unluck not to win, form has been boosted again since, should go on the ground, worth a play
Gone for Revelling myself BJG, 11/4 looks very big. Rhyl Accord should be good enough if fit enough too. Going to leave the 4yo race alone. Luska Lad is a short enough, but should win, don't think Chicago Grey will like that ground, the others look average enough.

1.05 race is interesting - doesn't look as tho Ballyhaunis is fancied and Prima Vista appears to be a little in and out. Colleoni the most interesting, has good form on the Flat!

1.05 Colleoni looks the pick in this maiden hurdle for Jessica Harrington who won the race in 2008 with a similar sort in Alpine Eagle. Like Alpine Eagle, Colleoni is a fairly useful flat performer. He has run 3 times on the flat this year, finishing placed on all 3 occasions, most recently in the November Handicap at Leopardstown on heavy ground off 77. He has shown plenty over hurdles already. After finishing 4th in a competitive 19-runner 3yo hurdle at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting in 08 he was thrown into a grade 3 juvenile hurdle in which he finished 4th of 6. He ran his best race over hurdles on his most recent hurdles start when 2nd to Chevalier Country in a 2m Down Royal maiden hurdle on heavy in February. He was only beaten a length by the winner who was runner-up in a grade 2 juvenile hurdle on next start and then won again on his next outing. He still a maiden in all forms of racing but things look right for him today to change that. 3/1 VC
2.10 An Toileanach was a winning point to pointer over 3 miles on soft to heavy in January. He disappointed in his first outing under rules when 16th in a Fairyhouse bumper on good ground but he showed that running to be false next time out when winning a 2m2f Tipp bumper on soft to heavy ground by 3 lengths. Form of that bumper has worked out well, the 2nd was runner-up to Quadrillon in maiden hurdle next time out. The 3rd was runner-up in a bumper next time out, the 4th was runner-up in next two starts over hurdles and the 5th has subsequently won over hurdles. An Toileanach was given a very hard task on his hurdling debut when finishing second to the Supreme novices favourite Dunguib in a 2m Galway maiden hurdle on heavy ground. The first 3 pulled well clear of the rest and Dunguib has won since and the 3rd was 3rd in a bumper next time out. Clearly soft ground is the key to An Toileanach as his only poor run in the last 6 has been on good ground. He should relish conditions today with nothing anywhere near as good as Dunguib in the field he can land this maiden hurdle under Davy Russell. 4/1 PP
2.40 Steviemac is very hard to oppose here. He won a Nenagh point to point on soft to heavy in Feburary. He disappointed on his first 3 starts over hurdles, all in maidens, but then showed plenty in winning a 2m Punchestown handicap hurdle on heavy off 87 last time out. He beat Nans Best by 5 lengths and Nans Best went and won next time out off a 3lb higher mark. Steviemac is up 8lbs for the win but has 7lb claimer Mr C P McNally offsetting the weight rise and on suitably heavy ground it is hard to knock his credentials. 7/2 Hills
3.20 Paddy Pub (each way) is a fast improving in-form chaser who may have enough to win this hurdle on suitably heavy ground. Since winning a Punchestown handicap chase in May he has gone up 19lbs in the weight following 3rd in the Munster National and another win. He was well fancied for the Troytown last time but came down at the first. Scotsirish might need the run after a 212 day lay-off. He gained his first win of the last 2 seasons on his fourth start in both seasons. Powerstation is rated 148 over hurdles but I couldnt adivse anyone to back him for a win seeing as he has only won on 3 of 29 starts over hurdle but has had 11 seconds, though his last win was over CD in October last year. Paddy Pub will like the heavy ground and is in clearly in good form. He is getting 10lbs off both Powerstation and Scotsirish and that might be enough for him to grab this. 6/1 Spoils/Hills
3.50 Uncommitted (each way) looks likely to improve for his first run for almost a year last time out when a very good third in a 2m6f Down Royal handicap hurdle on soft ground off 81. He only went down by two necks and it looks very much as if a lack of recent run had cost him. Assuming he doesnt bounce today he has to hold very strong claims of going close in this off only a 4lb higher mark. Noel Hynds had one hurdles runner last month, which won at 10/1, and his only runner over hurdles so far in November has been Uncommitted who was a very good 3rd at 25/1, his horses are clearly in good order. Topofdemorningtoyou is much better handicapped over hurdles than fences and now reverting to the smaller ones he could be very well weighted in this and rates as the main danger. 9/1 Uncommitted EW
Other two races maybe small each way;s on 12.35 Gentle Alice 10/1 VC 1.35 Oscar Time 16/1 gen

I wouldnt back luska lad, to me he looked slow at galway, they say he wasnt 100% fit but he just doesnt quicken imo, he finished within 2l of go native lto but go native stopped in the heavy ground. Something might do him, but the rest have question marks too just one of them might do luska lad if they have a going day

gordon elliot might have another in the last at musselburgh, that wasnt a bad bumper run at navan and the 3rd went close at thurles yesterday in a decent contest, scottish bumpers would be weaker than navan bumpers, 7/4 worth a bet

Race 1) As pointed out Revelling must have had 3 legs. Some drift and ran accordingly. Just a little tip lads through experience, I hate backing horses at short prices first time over hurdles. If P to P then its ok to back. Gentle Alice best backed horse under hot jockey P Townend dots up.
Race 2) As Observerirl pointed out, Betfair were way too late pulling out Prima Vista. BUT ring them if you spot that. I did recently and the horse was withdrawn within minutes. Now Noel Meade is treating us punters who bet morning prices like jack s it imo. Last week at Dundalk he pulled Sheba Five out at the last minute and his stablemate 3rd reserve Little Bug gets in. Well backed it dots up. I know he had an excuse but imo it was a lame ( sic) excuse!. Today he has the hot fav Prima Vista and once again its pulled out at the death.
Race 3) Like Catch I took the 9/10 with VC on Luska Lad. Within an hour I knew from BF I was on a drifter. It ran woeful. Maybe its because the trainer Hanlon is on the COLD list big time.
Godd tipping and observations lads.A few points.Race 1) As pointed out Revelling must have had 3 legs. Some drift and ran accordingly. Just a little tip lads through experience, I hate backing horses at short prices first time over hurdles. If P to P
Was just checking my records there when I last backed Tom Doyle on the Toby Jug thread. Just spotted I had a good bet on Kilmurry (6/4) at Navan back in September in a bumper with Davy Hyland my bogey bookie. :(
