I am sorry that daq has gone.
The customer service was good and never took long to get any problem resolved. Was given a £1,000 month deposit limit after a while. Never much liquidity Aussie racing but ok (for me ) once domestic racing started. I only ever made one deposit on matchbook and it lasted about a month until they closed my account. I requested the reason why and was to check terms and conditions and under those terms it states 'they do not have to give reasons'. I attempted to rejoin matchbook this week to see the response They state as any easybet customer I cant belong to matchbook as well but they 'referred ' me to easybet without me asking them to do so and I never joined so maybe easybet are paying them commission for this. |
