black boxes popping up on screen saying
back refresh qr code etc
i have took it back to factory settings but its still doimg it

If the boxes only pop up when your web browser is open, a malicious website has likely tricked you into allowing push notifications.
• Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications.
• Look at the "Allowed to send notifications" list. If you see any strange or unfamiliar websites, click the three dots next to them and select Remove or Block.

Could be your mouse button is dodgy. Try with a different mouse.
