black boxes popping up on screen saying

i have took it back to factory settings but its still doimg it

If the boxes only pop up when your web browser is open, a malicious website has likely tricked you into allowing push notifications.
• Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications. • Look at the "Allowed to send notifications" list. If you see any strange or unfamiliar websites, click the three dots next to them and select Remove or Block. |

tried all them but now its freezing as well
