apparently there was an internal enquiry but they felt result should stand
...there should have been an enquiry & the result should have been changed imo

Race 3 - 2:25pm .

Approaching one furlong out, FLORA OF BERMUDA (IRE), placed second, shifted marginally lefthanded, when clear, at the same time as TIME TO TURN, placed third, moved slightly right-handed, causing its rider to take a slight check having run onto FLORA OF BERMUDA (IRE)’s heels, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not
improved the placing of FLORA OF BERMUDA (IRE).

Following the race, William Buick reported that TIME TO TURN, placed third, shifted right-handed onto
the heels of FLORA OF BERMUDA (IRE), placed second, causing him to take a slight check.

Thanks for that.

I was watching the RTV coverage and there didn't appear to be any klaxon. It appeared FOB went to her left causing Buick to check, an incident that almost certainly cost him second place and arguably the win.
