the mrs was reading the cost of ome normal fares out to me whitby,scarbrough,york etc from boro £25 +, doesnt seem that long ago i was paying £7 for the rattler to magnet cup from boro and you got a £2 of tatts entrance fee voucher and a free £2 tote betting voucher  |

i retired at 51... i hit 60 in december.....it said on my online account i had the 35 years, but that i was 1 year short which was bizarre....i paid for the final year, £700, but as was said it makes a tiny difference....a few quid per week for me but decided to pay for the missing year.
i can apply for a bus pass on 1 december...scary. 1980 seems like yesterday. |
