1.23 VIKING BARBIE (5/2) - better then shown of late. The sandown run is where you can draw hope from and I believe they’ve found an opportunity here to get back to that level. fav is short with plenty of untapped potential, but Viking Barbie I believe she has a chance here and prepared to give it a go.
3.43 REVELANCE (11/2) - returned to form and then wasn’t ideally disgraced. Time is often taken with this miler who has ability and if James Doyle can get the pace angle right, could easily upset the jolly in this. Mark of 85 easily is an obtainable winning mark.
4.50 SPIRIT OF APPLAUSE (6/1) - 0-70 handicap, surely has to go close. Easterby had a great September and often targets these kind of races in the autumn. No surprise to see this horse win in the remaining weeks of the season, looks tailored to these kind of races and even though gate 1 is a concern and Allan will need to perfect his craft from there, I see it involved in the finish.
