I've just been having a look back at this from Monday, and imo a staggering decision, what the apprentice said in her evidence is correct.
On a narrow track she patently became short of room on more than one occasion, and surely should have been given the benefit of the doubt given her obvious inexperience.
Surely this has to be overturned if they appeal?

"The stewards took a dim view of Sonic Sabiha's run in the opening mile maiden on a dramatic day two of the harvest festival, with trainer David Marnane fined €3,000 under the non-trier rule.
The 50-1 shot appeared to be tenderly handled by inexperienced 10lb claimer Rebecca Parsons, finishing a never-nearer fifth behind Magna Victoria.
In her evidence to the stewards, Parsons said she "got stuck behind a bit of traffic in the home straight so she switched out and then ran tight for room again", but the stewards still found her in breach of rule 212 and suspended her for 14 days, while Sonic Sabiha was banned from running for 60 days."
