It is only Dopey Delbert that doesn't realise that StewyB,the DG, has followed the same M/O for over 20 years.
He surfaces every few weeks after being able to reload his A/C after a spree which inevitably wipes out his balance. As for Delbert's ludicrous assertion that the DG will take anybody to the cleaners,it may have escaped Delbert's notice (as most things do) that StewyB's claimed bets are posted and already Layed so quite how I could possibly be involved in any of his bets is impossible.
