Touched on this yesterday, other than this one, O'Brien has had 1 1/8 winner from his last 40 runners. Pretty shocking for a stable of that quality. Trying to catch his son up? It didn't stop this one being very well supported, and bolting up. I don't follow the Flat on anything like a day to day basis, but he would be the 2yo colt who has impressed me the most. I wouldn't be overly bothered about him dropping back in trip for a Guineas, in fact he could sit on the front end safe in the knowledge that he is a strong stayer at the trip. The biggest concern would be whether the trainer can still produce one for the Classic.

It might be an idea to do some homework.
He hasn't won the race since 2019, and the flops have included leading 2yo's Auguste Rodin and City Of Troy.

But from how many runners ? Just load the scattergun.
I think most people would have realised that I was discussing the Guineas. On that subject the trainer talking him up as potential Triple Crown contender so at least at the moment the Guineas looks to be on the agenda. We know the trainer is more than prone to going overboard on a frequent basis, but he appears to be top of the pecking order. Perhaps he is due to get one right. He isn't much shorter than the Godolphin thing that scrambled home at Newbury today. I would have him in a different league to that boat.
It's not glaringly obvious why, but it seems AOB no longer prioritises the guineas. Hypothesis perhaps that he wants them fresher for the backend. He could of course flip that for a certain horse/campaign, but none of us will be itk, outside of market clues.
I don't see any reason for the second to turn that around over an extra furlong. He didn't have a stable companion preventing the winner having an easy lead. Unless it's just words, you wouldn't expect O'Brien to be sending the horse to Newmarket half baked after that.
Thanks, but I can't remember my last ante-post bet on the Classics that has actually come good. At the moment you would just settle for them turning up fit and well. This horse is now favourite, and if the Pouliches (not sure where Unibet's market has gone?) were to take place now, then Amazingly would surely go off a short priced favourite. Fingers crossed.

Did you have him beating the boat by further than he did today?

but for the classictrials and early season classics , aidens had a mare for his standards, without scandanavia its been pretty poor since royal ascot in all honesty
He's 4/1 for Epsom and 7/2 for Newmarket. I'd prefer the 4/1 for Epsom.
Aidan only had 20 group 1 winners this season. He's had a mare I agree. Normally about 28 by this time. Dear God

don't want to get into too much of a dispute but I was there today. If the race had gone on for another 1/2f he'd have won 4l. I am a sceptic on Coolmore generally. But this horse is bred to be at least a 10f horse. DI 0.94. Coolomore are gagging for a Triple Crown winner. I think 2 things. First it will be trained for the 2000g. And it is by far the most likely winner of the Derby at present save for another one from their yard. And I think there is juice in 7/2 for Epsom
God there are some thick arses on here. Godolphin had to cheat to deny Camelot the triple crown. Going to beat his record a few months back?He smashes it every year. They are the best and its not even close. Get real and speak with some sense before you post as its cringeworthy.
What constituents a bad season elisjohn. 30 group 1 wins? Obviously he's doing it all wrong. I'm sure he's hanging on every word of yours. Donut.
