With these sort of questions, the philosophers spent a lot more time and effort than the physicists ever did. Does our consciousness continue beyond the physical - a very big question.
The physicists assume everything is physical for a start - and then assume they understand what 'physical' actually means. It's a long running discussion area in philosophy. |
