Absolutely all spot on.
But Stewarding generally should equally be looking into the Maiden or Novice races where the favourite and 2nd favourite go off in front and the other runners are many lengths behind and never put into the race until its too late, if at all. Watch these types of races over both codes today and you'll see plenty of rides that simply put arent sufficently good enough.
For sure, these types of rides need looked into more often than they currently are.
