WTF is the point of virtual racing: my W Hill commentary gets interupted by this , drives me mad - totally pointless. Does anyone seriously put money on these or even hope to make anything? Surely such peeps should be sectionned.

Way back there was a traveller that frequented the shop I managed at the time and he'd bet 50 quid on the favourite. There was another guy who would just put a quid or two on any virtual nag that was chalked up at 11/1.
Twas comedy gold when the latter's Hoss prevailed with him jumping up and down yeehahing. T'other guy who was around 5ft 5" even with platform shoes would go ballistic. |
