Are you getting butterflies Howard ?
The 39 year old is extremely dangerous to write off tbh….. That curling ball could have the awkward individual diving through fresh air….. |

Argentina is a pub side led by the GOAT.
40 years ago we were knocked out by Argentina, then as now a pub side led by the GOAT. |

Watch 10:53 in the original multiple roll overs!
![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoaOgvzY-V4 England vs Argentina 1966 Their player was sent off and it took 8 minutes for the game to resume! ![]() We played much more direct back then. |

what correlation has this got yfdsc?

You can’t work that out?

They are the original dc’s and since then nought has changed, expect to see lots more rolling about especially around the box.
|
|
By:
And in it if they can.
England don’t wanna be playing those telegraphed diagonal passes to the isolated wingers because they’ll be read, picked off and turned over on the break from that. |
|

dellawoffles tipping Argentina to beat England then.

It’s not a tip was watching back the Norway game earlier and that was my take from the first half.
We had a great move when ORiley and Gordon linked up and they played wall ball off of eachother into the box, Kane was too slow getting in there, no one was there. For me the ball out wide isn’t about switching play but more about just moving the ball. But watch back and both Gordon and Manduke were stranded against two there and what did they do? Play it back. If they’re going to play that do it with others wanting to over lap and link up or it can be weakness ‘cos it’s predictable. |

By:
Tough one to call, messi and kane to score in a draw.
|

Gordon is pale and thin probably easy meat for the not so nice individuals tbh…..

Argies are dreadful Rate reply: | reportblock user Tiger Tiger Tiger Tiger07 Jul 26 18:00Joined: 14 Jul 09 | Topic/replies: 24,388 | Blogger: Tiger Tiger's blog England cannot meet the Argies in the final, both on the same side of the draw arent they, its the semi final or nothing. |

If we win the cup the Scots will be telling us the quality in the competition was terrible. Not quite bad enough for Scotland though

England failed to beat Ghana, took an hour to score against Panama, took an hour and a quarter to score against Congo, clung on to beat mexico, the game against norway could have gone either way, and now face a team in the semi final whos best player is nearly 40. They have been given a magnificent chance to reach the world cup final

Lochy. When you’re a top seed every group is easy. We were actually pretty unfortunate to have a team ranked eleventh in the world in our group.
His Eng v Arg posts proves he knows absolutely nothing. Two weeks ago he’d given up horse betting to do footy instead. Seems as though he’s given that up now. |

England will have a better chance if they do not start with Rashford, Saka or Eze. These 3 players need plenty of time to warm up. They're also inconsistent and unreliable.
|
|
By:
Agree with your assessment of two of them but Saka does a hell of a lot of defensive work, has the class to look up and deliver a ball whereas that lets Manduke down.
|
|
By:
England can’t have their eye on just one player, Macallister was linking and feeding off of the wizard and getting into the box, dangerous to think that he’s in there just to win the ball.

Someone doesn’t understand the meaning of the term, I’ve told you of the dangers, also via us playing the lazy diagonal ball too yesterday.
That’s foresight. |
