The Libor scandal was a series of manipulative behaviour, alleged by financial authorities to have been fraudulent, connected to the Libor (London Inter-bank Offered Rate) along with the resulting investigation and reaction.
2 guys meet for a pint at lunchtime in the The Woodins Shades, 212 Bishopsgate. Some time later guy A says to guy B, i've noticed something weird with the LIBOR rates. Just looks wrong. Can't really explain it. guy B says to guy A "You should be in a Secure Unit (and so should I for talking to you),you utter loon" True story ^^ |

stick up a random horse, say it's 11.5 5 minutes later it's 7.8, post pictures of a series of completely random £108 bets looking to back it. 9/1 into 11/2 in the shops. trouble is you're coming from a starting point of not wanting to believe, and therefore you don't. i get that, it's a mindset. Rico's seen the BS, he knows what they are capable of. You haven't, if you had, you may view it differently. But you're entitled to your opinion, so i'm a loon, fair enough. |
