Automate placing Horse Racing bets on BF without having to apply to become a vendor or pay £600

Hi there, I just want an inexpensive way to seamlessly (automatically) place BF bets identified from my horse racing stats software. I hae no wish to become an approved vendor and object to having to pay essentially £600 to BF for the privelege. I am only interested in Exchange markets and hopefully would have access to a set of screens to confirm bets placed and bet history.
Can someone advise, please? Thanks
