You need to see freeze alongside official photo. There was a photo at Newton Abbot a few years ago , where the short head winner was half the length of the loser, he was travelling at 30mph the loser had broken down and walked over the line. I think a new system is needed, I know we have new cameras, but the way its done was invented 70 years ago
