I see his management company are giving their version of what happened,insinuating the other driver was at fault. Could be true of course.

Frankie's one of the good guys in a pretty depressing rotten old world, so hope he's better soon.

Naturally he blames someone else - just like the pilot got blamed even though he refused to take off but if he ever wanted to fly his passengers again........

A lack of planning or anticipation is nobody's fault but the driver. For a car to flip over would usually mean speed is the cause.

Insolvency trustees on his tail looking for the expensive watch and other assets he has reportedly failed to disclose. Properties abroad and investments he is being coy about.
They are on his case.
