Gutted, anytime I break a rule I lose, so would not bet on the obvious, w/d to those that had the 1.3. Only surprise is it took so long, maybe stewards had the result ready got into their cars in the car park and phoned it through.

all take 15-20 mins..have for yrs..procedure.
