Gutted, anytime I break a rule I lose, so would not bet on the obvious, w/d to those that had the 1.3. Only surprise is it took so long, maybe stewards had the result ready got into their cars in the car park and phoned it through.

If you want to be precise Hugo......... wrong they all take 15-20 mins. Seen some last 12... seen some last 25+ there is no such procedure.
