Can't get a handle on the times at Newmarket or Nottingham, and there is only 1 race left to go at both tracks.

They give times for each furlong. When a distance is not exactly as given, like 5f and 50 yds, which furlong does the 50 yds go in. Rails are moved adding yards to the distance. How do they deal with that.
