The casual attitude in the voice of the police officer was chilling. He clearly felt no sympathy for the victim and even questioned that he had been stabbed while he lay dying. A religious belief should never be an excuse for carrying a lethal weapon. Our streets are more dangerous that any jungle.

As far as I can deduce, they had some kind of chest beating argument. Nothing new, young lads and testosterone. But Digwa took it up 100 levels and started stabbing Henry with one of his ceremonial blades. Henry tried to get away by scaling a fence when already badly wounded, and Digwa stabbed his legs from behind. Digwa stole Henry's phone, so he was unable to call 999 whilst incapacitated.
There is footage filmed by Henry that was shown in court, leading up to the stabbing, but that is not in the public domain.

My understanding is that neighbours heard the fracas and someone screaming they had been stabbed, and called the cops.

At around the same time, the killer's brother called the police. Apparently he wasn't there for the stabbing.

Watched the body cam footage this morning whilst lying in bed, absolutely appalling to see him getting cautioned and handcuffed as he lay dying.
   I really don't know what to say except that this country is totally f@cked. My city Birmingham is a sh1th0le now and unsafe in many areas.

The bodycam footage has been released, so we can see that it was apparent that he was injured and incapacitated. They were told his mouth was full of blood upon arrival, and had to be held up in a sitting position against a wall, or else he was fully collapsed. The 999 caller said someone had been shouting they had been stabbed.

The only plausible conclusion is that as they were told he was a racist, they had no concern for him, and refused to believe what was happening in front of them. There was blood everywhere, but the bodycam footage is poor quality.

He died from a large stab wound into his lungs which were flooded with blood.

Even with the poor quality footage you can see the blood had drained out of him, white as a sheet.

Again, from my understanding, he died as the bodycam footage ended, when the cops asked for medical help. They started to give him medical assistance, but was dead at that point. A doctor attended by helicopter and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The killer was taken into custody, not handcuffed at any point.

Before someone gets the wrong idea, this is awful. And I will be wary how much I put down, I am sure Starmer will suddenly make a statement about comments here. I am confused. Were they neighbours? Whose house were they outside? It is alleged the family of the killer has apologised to Henry's family. If the killers brother lied to the Police, why was not charged with obstructing justice, it is alleged his mother is Indian national, has she been charged with obstructing justice, and is so, will she deported..... the so many unanswered questions unless I have not heard the answers.

The killer's family caused a ruck in court yesterday, calling Henry's family, and the judge, 'racist'.

I think the Asian family members involved in the despicable behaviour ie lying ought to be considered by the CPS, and prosecuted. The victim (now deceased) could have been saved if immediate medical aid could have been forthcoming and available. The delay could have cost him his life. I hope the family of the deceased would take out a civil claim against the despicable Asian family members.

It's very sad the coppers are petrified of being accused of racism in an incident such as this one. The racism card has been used too readily and without punitive consequences. The Manchester Airport fracas (unnecessary) does not help either.

The murderer wasn't "radicalised" - he was just a POS who had an obsession with knives/swords.

The murderer's mother was 53 yrs old during the trial. His father was probably about the same age too. As such, it's fairly likely they were not UK born; As such, his grandparents were probably born in the mid-late 1950's. As such, it's fairly likely his parents were not UK born.

Doubtful the circus on the Thames will have a minute silence like they did for that American barbarian.

The Police can do no right. Day in, day out they are under the cosh dealing with scumbags - locals and foreigners - receiving verbal and physical abuses. Some are also being spat at. They are carrying out  the policing guidelines set out by the government and the Police Authority. And, they are most unarmed.

I hope a change in the way the Police deal with an ethnic subject ie to treat them favourably (a 2-tier system) for fear of being accused of racism, if not. A constraint does not allow police officers to carry out their duty professionally, morally and intelligently.
