glad to hear you were young in 1980 ais.  Tongue Out

equidia is fab and i had it for one season but my supplier vanished, possibly to jail and cant get it now, which does me head in. im much better at french racing, i.e i lose less. have to use 356 now. the golden days of french feeds kept me afloat for a good while

foyle-dont bother with googol. its not hard to decipher from the french as you will have a fair idea what you are looking at, its handy mental exercise we all need and half of its in franglais anyway. whats the french for handicap? andicap

Foyles, the France Galop link is for the English page, i use this site generally.

Correct, Alan mentioned Equidia. When i log in, it goes direct to English anyway, so maybe it's in the settings, i don't remember.

Back to the topic of “staying” we will see IF True Love truly stays a mile should she turn up at Ascot, because the mile there is the stiffest and takes most getting.

As their two colts haven’t set the world alight I’d not be surprised if she showed in the Commonwealth Cup (if it’s true what they are saying)
She’s a strapping filly and the colts would struggle to give her weight and as we saw with Venetian Sun. 33’s looks MASSIVE!

Plus the 6 as Ascot rides like 7f so it’d be right up her alley.

Yesterday I don’t believe that she was ridden to win for all the reasons that I posted earlier. The winner looked great but was also flattered on the eye slightly because the second and 3rd were treading water at the end.

That’s my opinion of which I’ve been accused of not having despite regularly giving it unlike many. If that makes me a know it all or trying to be clever, you’re wrong it’s only sharing what I see and I’m open to discussion and encourage others to do so without the jibes.

It’s not the first time that you’ve been wrong about odds is it? Wink

Delashy, have you considered that True Love was simply beaten by one that could turn out to be an exceptional 3 year old filly. Take Precise out of the field and she's a dual Guineas winner. The dam stayed (won over 9.5f) as her half-sister (won over 9f) and i fully expect her to be kept to a mile (even has an entry in the Pretty Polly over 10f).

Sunly wasn't favourite, Aventure was (PMU and ISP)Wink

Sunly was favourite with the books, 2/1 was freely available for Aventure.

Now I see where part of your grudge comes from that’s caused you to make such snide posts towards me, having been wrong before when trying to correct someone who knows.

Oooops!
