Maybe not much news on the day. The Ukraine War has been done to death; Strait Of Hormuz is President Trump specific even though the massive implication to the people in the world. Could President Trump and his motley crew (a bunch of misfits) be charged with a disservice to the world and retribution sought eg a reimbursement of the increase in cost of living? The Strait Of Hormuz is highly strategic and important to shipping traffic for goods and energy for the rest of the world.

Why don't they try reporting facts after the event rather than predictions. Getting the weather right is as hard as finding 3 winners at haydock this afternoon. In Somerset this morning it was cool and cloudy while it was foggy on the Mendip Hills. Now at midday I am typing this in a heavy cardigan in my office where it is around 17 degrees. Same as last Saturday. It was warmer yesterday, around 25 but certainly not uncomfortable. Why is 30 degrees a health emergency in England but perfectly normal in Spain or Italy? Cold kills 10 times as many as heat.

It's not a health emergency, but there are enough malleable people to buy into their nonsense. God forbid people are allowed to enjoy a bank holiday with great weather in England for once, free from psychological manipulation. And yes, it likely won't be the same for everyone.
