Can Anybody Help?

Until recently I was able to access historical videos of a horses form. It would usually list 5 or 6 of a horse's most recent races. This no longer seems available. I tried the help desk but got a "virtual assistant", which didnt answer the question. Viz Has this service been removed or restricted and if so why?
