Is it really about £160m only? They were over £1.5bn at one time.  What's happened?

'DIE LINKE', that makes sense. I thought they had a US venture that was doing ok. 888 is not a good bed-partner, and smacks of desperation. For instance, presently ASDA, a retail behemoth, taken over by the Asian brothers who are not grocery-minded and using massive leverage is a disaster waiting to happen.
