7f conditions stakes and city of memphis the fav a good 2nd to lake victoria as a 2yo prob sets the standard but has an 11 month  layoff to overcome may well win but too short imo.lord manasus has every chance but again short enough ,i like   josephs  coward of the county who wasnt far behind lord manasus on seasonal debut btn 5 lengths by the winner that day but may well have needed that race and started a bit slowly rushed up to lead after a furlong weakened  2f out  behind  the lion king a furlong shorter today and a better start should help not a lot to find on ratings and decent back form . joseph runs 2 and  his other one saracen is lightly raced winning a curragh maiden then a decent 3rd  in the 2024 greenham then  out the back in the jersey stakes at royal ascot he was making headway but didnt get a clear run and well btn in the end . well btn on seasonal debut but prob needed that .  there are probably bigger targets than this and for that reason i am playing  smallish stakes and win bets  what with the nonners .
