They haven't figured out yet, seemingly, that the race iq jumping analysis is deeply floored. It measures the last few obstacles against the field (same as the rest of the obstacles). However, by the time they get to the last few obstacles, only a handful of runners are usually still competitively involved. The rest are coasting, knackered or pulled up. So invariably it shows massive gains against the field, when they aren't actually jumping any better, they are just running faster than the now beaten runners. It effectively can't distinguish between jumping technique (or lack of) and the pace that they happen to be going when taking on the obstacles.

rtv reminds me a little of the HoL. It's like a quasi pension for some of them. Any old reason for them the tap in and get their daily allowance, which I assume is vastly higher than the Lords. 'Nevo' going to Ayr and sitting on a garden seat, with Broonie in the middle was a particular highlight.
