Question- Which American president had the middle name Fitzgerald? The beast answered JFK, correct said Bradley. I'm sure I've seen him say (more) or incorrect to similar answers or ask for full name.
As it was contestants won £80k but as only a couple of seconds in it, could easily have lost with him accepting that answer.

FDR another president often known just by initials
would only be if answer was ambiguous eg if he said roosevelt in above example
clearly need to hear more than just surname as more than 1 roosevelt

being a stickler there stewarts! in saying that the host on Lingo reminded two of the thickest contestants ever seen that they had found some letters, that shouldn't be right
