Enclosures at Newmarket.......

......forgive me but a good poster here was commenting upon the lack of access to the 2nd floor balcony/seating. I do forget who he was. I hope he reads this. His point was that with 1 enclosure, save for the Guineas, you could not access the balcony/seating on the 2nd floor save for Annual Members. Yet ,he said, you could for the Guineas meeting. Not so I think. The remainder of the seating and balcony space can now ONLY be accessed if you are an Annual Member or Owner/Trainer. The space nearer the 1f market is now owners and trainers  only and I cannot see how an Premier Enclosure ticket purchaser for the Guineas meeting can possibly get to that balcony/seats. It may be worth knowing that if you were intending to buy Premier and hoping you get a better view. I may be wrong but, for the last 3 days, ONLY A/Ms or O/Ts could get onto that balcony.
