You will always hear people say, like on this thread, that why would you want to sell your tips if your selections are so successful? I understand that ponnt of view, but those who think it do not really understand business
I think what the Knight appears to be missing is that it is not the selection that counts, it is the price which can never be part of the contract with the buyer. Yes you can recommend a price but can that price be achieved? The more people trying to back at the recommended price the sooner it is driven through the floor, whether it is with the bookies and their antenna or on here for buttons. The more successful your tipping business the more you enter the world of diminishing returns and therefore value. The only way to provide a service is to sell a 'tissue' where all the runners are backable at the 'right' price. |

Swifty im hoping not. Not uncommon for me to back a big string of losers tho.
Ill be judging it properly in a few mpnths time or a bigger pool of bets placed. Im honestly not trying to say ive cracked the game. I just know i generally do well with the NH in britain. Today may be a bad day tho, but inwill keep posting everyday. |

Rico i wouldnt know how to check but i wiuldnt take it as meaning anything either as often my old man logs in mine and uses it. As does the missis. Also ive had it for a long long time and was a ridiculously bad punter at one point in my ypunger days. Also i use / used it for matched betting so it will be skewed.

Unitedbiscuits haha that made me chuckle as thats exactly what my hopes and dreams are. A subscription service for tipping. Confident in myself but think too small a pool to get too carried away. Maybe in 6 months if it stays the same ill accept peoples hard earned. Confident in yourself to turn over a profit betting in every race? Why not bet in every race and turn over a profit? Absolutely no need for a tipping service. Tipsters set up when they can't turn over a profit. |
