Why on earth would a multi-millionaire risk their reputation trashed in court when he could easily have paid the debt off in the first place? I just suppose it goes to prove what a loser he is. |

Mr Spence was trying to wriggle out of a gambling debt with a bookie by deliberately and knowingly lying in court. I'd not want to be a business associate of his in any financial dispute.
