I'm honest enough to say i didn't have a cent on her today, primarily as i had a few bob on the Supreme winner (AP) and layed Lulamba, so i didn't want to spoil it. A few of the Fellowship Racing syndicate were there today, know i wanted her to win and a few of them backed her. I've always been a fan, how can you not be, even though it wasn't a strong field today. She should have gone for the same race last year.
My first post for a while, a couple of family bereavements in the past 7 weeks.

You're far too honest for this forum Andrew, great respect for saying you didn't back her but you must be a tad annoyed not to have had a decent bet on her, good luck for rest of meeting. Sorry to hear of your family bereavements, been going through a lot myself lately so have lost track of the form, doubt i'll bet much this week.

I don't see the point in not being honest, in life or on here, i go racing with several posters and they are part of my WhatsApp group and know what i'm playing; we often discuss our bets. I wasn't annoyed at all when Lossiemouth hosed up, i wanted her to win, but i was already well up on the day and as mentioned was happy enough. If Old Park Star had been beaten, i may have backed her. Another of my favourites won yesterday, Ii Etait Temps, but i didn't play due to his Cheltenham record. I had a lumpy bet on him at Sandown (mentioned in one of Simons blogs) and went over to watch the race, so i was more regretful on him winning than Lossiemouth.
I haven't played much at the meeting, but will back Bambino Fever and Maestro Conti EW tomorrow.
Thank you (and PHS) for the condolences.
