I've never understood why UK Plc does not execute inmates like him who've committed a terribly vile act against young children in prison costing UK taxpayers a humongous amount of money and time. He should have been executed 10 years after his conviction.

Ian Huntley has been pronounced dead after being taken to hospital following a violent attack inside prison.

The Soham murderer was allegedly bludgeoned with a spiked metal pole during an incident at HMP Frankland in County Durham. Emergency services were called shortly after 9am, and despite efforts by prison staff and paramedics to stabilise him at the scene, Huntley later died in hospital from his injuries.

back in the 80s i was working on a building site and in those days before all the health and saftey rules and regs that we have now ,anyway it was a hot day and i was working with a few irish and a  white south african lad ,the sun was beating down and a few took thier  shirts off ,the south african fella had these huge scars on his back about half a dozen of them about a foot in length each of them ,i asked him  what had happened he said back about 3 years ago  he was caught thieving and his punishment was a flogging 6 lashes,  tied to a bench  the 1st lash took his breath away and he passed out by the 3rd lash ,he said he  made sure he never did anything criminal again  and  got out of the country as soon as he could  thats why he was over here .

I got six lashes from the teacher plenty times back in Scotland Foyle.....Fack all to me i laughed at them.....They couldnay break me.

After Ian Watkins, there needs to be some serious discussions about the UK Prison system.
You can't have a triple-murderer inmate, who raped a pregnant woman before strangling her,
obtaining weapons and dispensing out a form of primitive justice.

Politicians and staff should have to face questions and punished, if guilty of errors.
