From racing post.........John Butler has been blocked from having runners by the BHA after a stable inspection found inadequate facilities at his Newmarket yard, the Racing Post understands.
Butler, 53, had six horses that were due to run on Wednesday and Thursday declared as non-runners within a minute of each other on Wednesday morning, while the trainer’s entries for races on Friday and Saturday were not confirmed despite jockeys being assigned to them.
