Preying on the elderly and the vulnerable is how most scams succeed. Especially if they’re and honest and caring person.

Most of us wouldn’t be fooled, but we could still quite easily be defrauded. I’ve got an aunt who keeps her debit card wrapped in tin foil so a passer by couldn’t take a contactless payment from her.

Police advising people to do that with key fob Kenbo….reduced car theft…

My mate has just brought a new car with the fob/button start. He was told not to leave his keys close to the front door if his car is on the drive. That’s not something I’d ever considered.

Fastest route to getting scammed is to think you're too clever to get caught. Ok this one is ancient, but they're getting better and the best chance anyone has is to get into the habit of being suspicious, every single time!
