We've had some great sporting rivalries down the years....Ali v Frazer, Borg v McEnroe, England v Germany, Madrid v Barcelona, England v Australia, Hunt v Lauda. But the Whippin v Wonders Betfair betting challenge looks set to eclipse all those mentioned!
I'm currently on -1.00 after Monarch's Gold failed to defy his lofty opening mark at Newcastle on Friday and of course it had nothing to do with him being badly hampered and stumbling at the start.
I won't be adding many selections to the thread until the Turf season starts but I'm prepared to risk a point on an admirable old boy at Wolves this evening. With his run style, he'll obviously need a bit of luck in running but he has a decent draw and the race should be run at a sound pace which will no doubt suit him better than it did for his first 2 races this AW season. Those were better races than this one and I'll saw enough from him to suggest he retains enough ability to pick up another race like this one. A race where bar the favourite (Zoulu Warrior) they struggle to string two good runs together. The last time Sullivan took the took the ride, it resulted in a win over CD from the same mark he races off this evening. At 20/1 he's worth a play
before this starts you want SP or BSP? win only or e/w allowed to traditional terms? and is it 1pt per bet (or 0.5pt e/w if e/w) or any points allowed?

there's transparency with SP or BSP everyone can see it but sometimes like this horse tonight you like it @ 25 its returns near 16 late move would you still have played @ 16? I don't mind either as long as its consistent

probably go with BSP because could in theory place bet wait see if price collapses then post it or not post it if drifts not that you did that here all above board

They always think they might get a final win but they did say that December run would be his last... but he ran OK in it. Not the first time we've seen this.

Believe it or not but that one and the fav were the 2 I felt I had to beat. It did drift out to a very fair price on here. Did consider a 0.5/0.5 split on BTS & the winner....hindsight and all that

You're up and running. I only like 1 today at Southers but the money has come for it and the price looks a bit skinny now
Top2Rated, I lost on the race so I'm not sure I'm the one who's guilty of after timing? Cag on the other hand.......he must only back Marco's winning rides

Your picture did make me smile though T2R. There's a pair of Wood Pigeons living in the tree in my garden. They've had plenty of Sunflower seeds out of me since I've lived here. lol
