Anyone else's Betting Activity Exchange Profit and Loss not working properly?

It stems from resettling some bets that were settled as winners originally that were losers on that market (that has now been confirmed)

But no answer on why I can't access any profit and loss records

Seems to be working but is updated around 2 or 3am -- https://profitandloss.betfair.com/

But I've never compared them with my own records because I do not keep my own records.

I've basically got no profit and loss figures prior to the World Darts final

Longer term markets do seem to mess it up sometimes CB - no idea why.

nowt to do with that stu.  They have gone into my account to make an adjustment due to wrongly settled bets (they've admitted this) but in doing so they've wiped my access to my market profit and loss breakdown

Mine is sometimes slow recently (I posted on here about it a bit ago) - seems to catch up eventually for me, but yes misses some markets at times for a while - seems randomly.

Clydebank, it's only the period between 21:40 and 21:50 that's stuffed. Run a report for outside of that 10-min period and it works, for me anyway.

Any report including time between 21:40 and 21:50 errors out. I too had bets settled on the dart champ winner market during this time.

It's not some markets stu.  It's every market.  I asked them to email me, but so far no explanation, other than to say they made an adjustment due to some wrongly settled bets and that my balance is correct.  I don't dispute this, but I've no way of knowing without a lot of effort, and I'd like to know my profit and loss by market (obviously)

Can't get the darts market to show in the P&L screen though as it settled during that period. But you can find all your darts bets in the Exchange Betting History page https://myaccount.betfair.com/activity/bettinghistory

hmm, does sound a bit odd to be fair. Like you say dealing with them might be best way.

Is it all showing ok in account statement is the other question to note.

Just in one day give the correct amount.

If select example 2026-01-04 2026-01-04 show the values and the markets, if select 2026-01-01 2026-01-05 dont show nothing.
