Typical of trainers nowadays, wrapping the top horses in cotton wool, 1 or 2 races a season, I cannot endear myself to a horse, when they virtually never run.
Don't think we will ever see the likes of Desert Orchid, Wayward Lad, Night Nurse, and the like again.

They were true Champions , the calibre of NH horses these days well below that, Certainly in English stables ,we can think ourselves Lucky to have witnessed them , sea pidgeon and Kauto another two that come to mind
As for Gino one run is Crazy , saying that the CH probables do not set the world alight
We need a superstar Consitituion appeared to be that ,sadly not anymore

Sir Gino, he could win the Champion Hurdle and the Champion Chase!!
Maybe he ought to have gone for the Champion Chase at Cheltenham, and then the Punchestown Champion Hurdle in May.

Whilst appreciating those great horses of years gone by gallopin des champs turns up at the John durkan,Savills,Irish gold cup,the gold cup and the punchestown gold cup each season and always runs well ,no doubt whatsoever he’s a true champion.
A Cheltenham 2026 Champion Hurdle and Champion Chase win double will be a massive achievement. I'll settle for a 2026 Cheltenham Champion Chase and a 2026 Punchestown Champion Hurdle in May esp if Lossiemouth is running in the Punchestown Champion Hurdle in May.
A huge achievement indeed especially as your no longer allowed to run twice at the festival
What's he doing with Constitution Hill now then, I can't Nicky running them both in the Champion Hurdle
Hendo cannot run Constitution Hill over hurdles ever again without prior access to a crystal ball of the outcome. Hendo and his owner will be ex-communicated in the horseracing world and Royal Family if anything untoward happens in the race causing a major injury to the horse.
Of course if Sir Gino does win the CH in March then how long before the media will be hailing him as the best hurdler since god knows when.
'CROPSICK', that is a big 'if'. President Trump will probably win the Nobel Prize for Peace and Diplomacy 3-years running or until he leaves office, if so.
