He was replying to a question about getting booed - leading question somewhat, and they booed him while he was talking too.

I'm not a massive fan of his, but can't really blame him for his response here.

Not sure he even used the word 'mugs' either

Hulk was paraphrasing to the extreme, adding his own artistic license. It pretty much summed up what he said though.

Came across as a mixture of Catherine Tate and a kid who wasn’t sure how to react. Not great imo.

was a bit of a silly/leading question from the interviewer though kenbo - they wanted some response.

Maybe. I think it’s the first time he’s been booed though so they’re gonna mention it. Probably went as well as they could hope for.

Yes, punters and Germans might be explanations for it - I knew before that he had issues playing in Germany before.

Littler was aggressive and raging towards them (not saying whether that was deserved or not), you could see it in his body language - face red etc. He was simmering throughout the match.

Barry Hearns done well to turn it into what it is, a pantomime and the crowds a big part of that - he's even moving it into the larger main hall next year.  surprised if he hasn't been on the blower to Littler today for a quick chat regarding crowd interaction.

Very finickity for trying to pull hulk up on not getting the exact quote. Anyone watching will have seen a very pro Rob Cross and then a booing section for Littler crowd, and Littler simmering at parts throughout (whilst playing awesome in general), and then him somewhat exploding momentarily at the end with gestures to the crowd and that mini verbal outburst.

Be very interesting to see how they react to him here on in.

He's clearly bothered by the booing, his reaction to it during the games is noticeably concerning, certainly if you are a backer, and his reaction post game was even more concerning and confirmed that he is teetering on the brink.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if we see at some point a complete meltdown from him as he is clearly reacting very badly, it won't be long before all of societies worriers will start to hand wring that here we are seeing a young person getting bullied by the mob.

it's nothing new, goes with the territory at the darts.  i was at glasgow PL when taylor was playing.  wasn't just booing, whole place telling him to fk off, coins getting thrown, the works.  walked on, played, walked off.  think he may have won.  had draws back then.  if littler doesn't like people booing him he can hand back all his earnings and get a job at McDonalds.
