seen 3 rides last 2 weeks that all deserved a ban...not one seen or menchunned by the clowns that run this million dollar sport. Too true, but the bigger irony is the other side - the bowing and scraping around certain jockeys and trainers, and then the suddenly hardcore stewards when something innocuous happens, to a person(s) of no-interest usually, and they chuck one out. |

I backed General Medrano lto and it looked as though it would run better next time. This hold up ride may suit Bowen better and has to have a decent chance.

If ever a race demonstrated where jumping competence counts this was one. Scarface was brought perfectly but his jumping found him out. Seems little to stop the Skeltons this season. WP can’t win everything in the spring again. Can he?

I like Sean Bowen a lot but I like him even more now that Alice Plunkett praised him on the opening show. Have a lot of respect for Alice and her knowledge of horses and riders.
