I have two free bets on Sportsbook, one for £5 for horseracing and the other for £10 for football betbuilder. When I try to place a bet, there is no box to tick on the bet slip to say that I want to use my free bet balance. Anyone else having this problem?

I've a fiver free bet and have the same problem. Not the first time this has been the case.
Just checked free bet been removed. What a bunch.
I believe people on 2% don't get 'em.....so anyone that does chose to get them doesn't expect to be winning shedloads anytime soon.
I'm on 2%. I'm a pauper. I did get a free spin (unknowingly); I'd to navigate a slalom course to execute it. But, no return.

The help desk chatline isn't working so far. One of my bets will expire soon so it's annoying
563 has yet to sort out 6 scores challenge free spins. Must be a colony of gremlins in concerted action.
