I have two free bets on Sportsbook, one for £5 for horseracing and the other for £10 for football betbuilder. When I try to place a bet, there is no box to tick on the bet slip to say that I want to use my free bet balance. Anyone else having this problem?

I believe people on 2% don't get 'em.....so anyone that does chose to get them doesn't expect to be winning shedloads anytime soon.
