Could well be the case. But rushing the horse up after being held up to join the leader rendering the horse legless was surprising.
That is exactly how I felt after watching the ride on Maximillian in the novice chase at Haydock earlier.
Very unbalanced over the last few obstacles and was surprised to see it was B Hughes.
