No he isn't UTI. He looked a million in the paddock today and I was sucked in. Spot on with the distance point. It was one of the many near misses for me in the Pertemps last year and he is bound to be better for a trip. I don't think the original poster is too far wide of the mark though. There are a number of JP horses who don't impress early on who improve a lot for the application of £ in the spring. We shall see. I shall be leaving him alone for a month or two and watching but I think there is a decent pot in him. Just a question of when is the day?

The only surprise to me was the absence Of the certifiable Newmarket slagging the ride

Thats the second chase run for Jeriko and its the second time his jumping didnt impress.
