Of course,before BF it was very easy for the Books to manipulate the Markets,especially on unraced horses.
Ladbrokes were the absolute Daddies On Course who would frequently make a 4/5 to a 4/7 for a few Monkey bets to shorten a "No Good".
BF soon stopped those practices once the ability to Lay started
