prob 5+ years ago now but kempton weds night there was normally decent discussion in between races on RTV
usually just host + a pundit mellish, the shoe etc
often a theme to discussion eg frankel vs other all time greats was 1, weight for age another, best 2yos in focus 1 week, next week might be novice hurdlers, reminiscing of past renewals of a race coming up etc
...was a watchable show

this bs they're serving up with now is beyond words imo

seems to be some sort of bromance going on as well with these 2 Plain
interspersed with pearls of wisdom from the race iq gooseberry

this needs canning asap

totally wonder - I dont know who they are trying to appeal too, as I'd guess the vast majority of their subscribers will share the same views and will these 3 stooges on mute or just flick over when it gets a few minutes to race time.

I suspect it's this AI bot they recently installed on the forum, continually rewrites words in my posts Cry Only happens on this forum. Thin, not think Plain

My posts ha. Though I write for a living (I disguise it well!), I manage to type via all other software that I use, without random words and letters appearing in my content :)

In regard to Bell, and this 'Stand & Ollie' show, there appears to be a correlation with the 'the paddock' podcast that's a collaboration with 'Joe'.

Suffice to say, it's not a positive development, at least in my view.

The 'captain' and Willo accepting e-mails on just about any subject (within reason and permitted before the watershed).

Angus slumming it as a pundit today then. Unlucky for him, he's on with Martin Dixon Grin

Amazing stuff, the jump index measures how fast they go between point A & point B with the fence in between. The Kitzbuhel jump index in the KS improved when the pace of the race picked up. No shiit shylock :)

Weird ride from Sheehan.
Horse pulled at the very start, but why would you hold up the top weight that far out of its ground?
The way the horse jumped, you'd never guess it had already run in 3 hurdle races.

More insight from 'the data' to tell us Mambonumberfive didn't jump very well today Silly

Oh dear, Oli going on about how racing shouldn't be relying on heritage Cry

Of course this is the agenda of the 'paddock', as I suspected.

2026 is different Plain

yes, it is Oli. yes it is.

the high street is different to what it looks like on a racecourse. one wonders why that is.

maybe you need quotas for racecourse attendance, the countryside is too white, according to the government.

Tremendous stats again! The horse that was running faster than the second was jumping better. It could be that it was just running faster than the runner up. Go West lost a lot of time to jump the fence that he landed in Mischief

Main channel appears to be completely ignoring Meydan today. How will we cope?
