Diddy speaks for the first time since his conviction

Sean Combs is now addressing the judge. He's expected to be the final person to speak and then the judge will decide on the sentence.
Combs did not testify during his trial, and only spoke briefly to the judge at the very end, thanking him.

Incidentally his original name runs in the 1.20 GP and should go close unless Kennedy gets him boxed in and there's No Way Out. Seem to be a number of these hip hop performers charged with Sexual abuse and trafficking maybe he'll share a cell with R Kelly who is currently serving a 31 year sentence. Looks as if he's got off lightly with this Diddy sentence.

50 months...he's so lucky. It could have been so much worse. What he did to women he knew well was inexcusable. And, the judge opined he'd do it again.
A time to reflect and learn whilst in incarceration, I hope. |
