If you gamble responsibly with the legal books you get your account closed or restricted.

Well said SECOND AGAIN We dont need to lectured to by anyone. Those with agendas will try to find platforms to push their own interests. The vast majority of punters dont get a fair crack of the whip and are hugely under represented in the industry. Politicians, former failed politicians , The Gambling Commission and others are all guilty of  letting us down badly.

Chances of getting paid when you say you want to withdraw your balance - I'd say much less than 99%

Tony Bloom and his Star Lizard syndicate have been placing many bets of millions of pounds of football bets with far east bookmakers for many years.

With the vast amount of diligence they use before placing any bets one must be confident they would have checked the chances of not getting paid

Based on the available information, Tony Bloom and his company, Starlizard, operate heavily within the Asian betting markets.

His betting syndicate is described as bringing the statistical rigor of a quant investment firm into the world of "Asian bookmakers." Starlizard's business model is focused on the Asian handicap market, which is described as the "largest and most liquid in the world," ideal for their high-stakes, data-driven strategy.

His betting career took a significant turn when he was hired by bookmaker Victor Chandler to set up their Asian betting operations. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the Asian handicap system, and he was one of the first people outside of Asia to take a keen interest in it. Starlizard, founded in 2006, specializes in this market, using its complex models to find "value bets" where their calculated odds are more accurate than the odds offered by bookmakers. It's noted that the majority of Starlizard's bets are placed within the Asian market.
